My roommate and I are looking for two people to take over our lease/sublet our apartment starting from April 1st (earliest move-in date could possibly be March 1st) for the remainder of its lease, which ends on September 30th. You will need to go through a formal subleasing process (credit check, application fees etc.) and you will have the opportunity to renew a full lease at the end of September if you wish to stay on in this space. We are moving out due to change in job circumstances/out-of-state relocation.

This spacious 2-bed is located on the 6th floor in a brand new building right by the Franklin Ave stop on the C train. The building has 11 floors, with a terrace on the third floor and rooftop access on the 11th. There is a Blink and a grocery store on the ground floor of the building as well as communal spaces on the ground and basement floors for tenants, including a lounge, a conference room and a cinema room. There are laundry rooms in building on multiple floors and a mailroom and concierge packaging service. Pet friendly, requires landlord's approval.
The rent for each room $1650/month, bills not included. Internet/electric bills typically average to $130-150.
The apartment comes unfurnished, though some of the furniture is going to be sold either now or at the end of the lease so some can remain (one bed, sofa and TV stand).
