Sunny Large Bedroom Available in East Williamsburg

There is a large bedroom available in my 3 bedroom apartment located in East Williamsburg (Williamsburg and Bushwick border). The room gets lot of natural sunlight and has a nice view overlooking trees, the street and other residential buildings. The room can fit a queen size bed as well as a dresser or couch. It also has an AC unit and closet. The room is quiet with minimal street noise.

The common space is a nice size that is comfortable for 3 people to co-exist in. The apartment is newly renovated in a newer building with new appliances. Laundry is downstairs, and there is rooftop access as well.

The neighborhood is in a nice area in brooklyn, that is a good mix of residential folks and young people. Theres a lot of nice restaurants around, as well as open bars where you can get drinks to go. Laundry, delis and grocery stores are also a short walk away. Theres tons of quirky and artsy shops around as well as thirft stores. It is conveniently 2 blocks from the L train and an 8-10 minute walk from the J train.

A little bit about me: I'm a 29 year old female graphic designer who works for a non-profit. I like to enjoy cooking, yoga, reading and playing music. I'm pretty down to earth and friendly, always down for a chat with roommates but also feel okay being alone and doing my own thing. I am looking for females only.

Rent is due on the first of every month. The room is $1150 per month, and utilities run about $65-$75 per month as well. There is no deposit, only a $75 application fee.
