Furnished room 9'x12' available May 1st (April 15 possible too) for $1,000 per month, utilities, wifi included in this large, graceful and quaint three-bedroom apartment with shared living room, kitchen and bath. Located on the ground floor of a four-story building.

There is a twin bed, bookcase, dresser, mirror, lamp and chair, closet, high ceilings and a large window. No view, but lots of light especially in the afternoon. A table can be added to use as a desk if needed.

Laundry room in the basement, as well as room for storing bikes and luggage.
We are only a few hundred feet down from Prospect Park, entrance at Ninth Street.

Convenient location with F/G trains around the corner. Close by you will find a huge variety of restaurants, shops and cafes, including a Starbucks and Barnes and Noble.
