Good neighborhood and family oriented block. Very commercial area with all kinds of amenities and close to transportation. 5 min to J/Z line Norwood Ave stop. 30 minutes to Broad St FI/DI. 10 mins walk to C train Shepherd Ave Station.

There are two small senior dogs, so roommate has to love animals.

Seeking responsible, clean and respectful person for this room with a schedule outside of home.

The other roomates are really nice human beings. 32 years old from Construction Business and a 68 year old female nanny with youthful spirit.

Proof of income required.

Background check required.

$700 first month, plus $700 security deposit ( $1400 to move in).

Security deposit is not rent, and is fully refundable at the end of the stay upon giving 30 days notice and if there are no damages.
