There is a working fireplace, plenty of natural light, a spacious living room with a small nook for movement/reading/relaxing, a sizable kitchen, and a small dining area.

This is a warm, welcoming, and peaceful space, perfect for someone who appreciates a sanctuary in the midst of city life. The apartment is remarkably quiet considering it's central location, and is best suited to someone who enjoys both quiet and privacy, but also values a friendly and harmonious dynamic with their housemate. Good-natured and flexible sharing of space with ongoing clear communication essential.

The available bedroom is unfurnished, but there may be an option to furnish (please inquire). This room gets good natural light throughout the day, fits a full/queen bed, dresser, bookshelf, etc., and there is an additional large closet in the hallway.

I am ideally looking for someone to move in January 15th, but can be flexible for the right person.
