It has a closet, 2 windows, and plenty of space for a huge bed and more. The apartment is 2 blocks from the 45th Street R train station and on the busy commercial 5th Avenue shopping area. A laundromat is across the street and there?s plenty of good places to eat around.
$1000/mo includes heat and hot water. Gas is usually $20 split 3 ways; electricity is usually $60 (winters) - 100 (summers) split 3 ways; and WiFi is $40 split 3 ways.
We only ask that you are clean (regular cleaning schedule and cleaning up after yourself) and financially reliable (pay rent and utilities on time). No pets, though (LL?s rules).
