Looking for an awesome human being as a roommate to take over my current roommate's lease. (July - Oct 31) in prospect heights/ crown heights [by Brooklyn museum].
Total rent is 3,400 and usually you would pay $1700. However, this is a sublease so you will pay $1450. My roommate will pay the rest so that management gets $1700. This is a RENT CONTROLLED apartment, and the lease is up to be resigned for Nov 1st
