We have an awesome room available September 15th. This is a one year commitment minimum .
Glorious location in the heart of Bushwick Brooklyn. On a tree lined block and very close to the subway, L train off the Jefferson stop -about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.

This is a 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and you would be sharing common areas with two awesome females in their 20’s.

We are looking for a female, super CLEAN, chill, responsible, respectful, financially stable, Super clean, very mature. Someone with roommate living experience, who collaborates in the common areas and pays bills on time.

The room is not furnished, its spacious it has a window and closet. It can fit a queen size bed, dresser and night stand, the rent for this room is $1,500 per month plus utilities and wifi. You would need the first month rent and security deposit, No broker fee and qualified co-signers are welcome, we do run credit/background check. This room is fit for one person only.
