Stylish, furnished lg room in two bedroom apt

Super cute fully furnished apartment in an old building. The room is furnished with a simple minimal feel and has great light. It is a great sized room with rail and storage space under the bed and a lovely desk/work area. It is mostly very quiet aside from a little noise at the weekends, but never past 12am. The bathroom is small with a deep claw foot bath and one sink in the kitchen area, perfect for most peoples needs and so cozy.. I’ve lived in the building 4 years and love it and just love the location. I will be your roommate some of the time but mostly traveling and will rent the other room out also. I am very selective with whom I chose to stay because I love and respect my landlord and my apartment highly. I would like a quiet, clean professional or student who is low key, kind and honest. I get along with most people and so far, all my wonderful guests.
