Looking for a female in all girl apartment

My roommate is moving out of our Beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Looking for a female to take over & finish out the rest of the lease. (December 1st2019-June1st2020)

Current residents- Elizabeth, who?s 24, Full time job and works during the day, usually quiet and to herself. Has a boyfriend and a few friends, mother and two sisters come over about once a month and never loud. Likes to go out and do lots of activities
Kayla who?s 20, has a full time job, sometimes during the day and sometimes overnight. Has a boyfriend as well, mom uncle and a few cousins and friends. Doesn?t bring the party home

About the room - The room is UNFINISHED. Rent is $700 excluding utilities. Utilities are gas, electricity and WiFi, and usually come out to $100-$150. So in total $850! What comes with this $850? The best dishwasher, with a washer and dryer in the building! Newly renovated stainless steel appliances such as microwave, fridge as stove. Central heat/Ac, virtual doorman and bike storage. The room has two large windows with the front view of building overlooking the street. Brick wall, and a gorgeous walk in closet.

Traveling- The apartment is a short 3 minute walk to the Rockaway Avenue C train stop, or a 7 minute walk to broadway junction where you can catch the A, C, J, and L trains. 20 minutes from downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan!

The home is pet friendly.
