Heyo! Looking for a roommate to transfer the lease on to one of the bedrooms in our 3 bed, 1 bath flat in the heart of Williamsburg. Starting on December 1st and ending in September 2020.
It's got exposed brick walls, wood floors, high ceilings, central AC, and a window with some light.
The kitchen and bathroom are modern, and the living room is sizable. The building has rooftop access, washer/dryer in the bottom floor, a private bike rack, and an intercom entry system.
The J/Z and the L trains are equidistant from our place, roughly 9 min walk, and we've got 2 Ferry stops just 12 minutes away that can take you to upper or lower Manhattan.
We're steps off Bedford Ave on South 1st Street, right in the crux of all the hottest bars and restaurants, like Lucky Dog, Maison Premiere, Horses and Divorces, St. Mazie's, and not too long a walk from Black Flamingo (if you fancy a cheeky rave).
Your new roommates are both working professionals, Victoria hails from the UK and works in travel writing, and Heath comes from Miami and works in healthcare. They both respect school nights, but love their happy hour drinks and weekend outings. They are friends above roomies. :)
If any of this appeals to you, shoot me a text! x
