1 bedroom is $825/month.
1 bedroom is $750/month.
1 bedroom is $675/month.

There is an awesome "backyard" which is the rooftop of our downstairs neighbor. We can grill and hang out there - it's great.

Nice room mates in their 20s/30s. Apt has 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
There is no laundry in the apartment, but there is a laundromat one block away.
Apartment is on the second floor of a small building. Only one flight of stairs.

Apartment is near the B, Q,2,5 trains at Newkirk Avenue stations. The apartment is very near Brooklyn College.

The room can be furnished with 1 (or 2) twin beds and other furniture if you would like. Please just let me know if you would like the room furnished or not. Air conditioning can also be installed if you would like.

There is no lease. This is a month-to-month sublet.

In order to move in, you must provide upfront:
-1 month security deposit
-1st month rent
-Last month rent

This is a flexible sublet situation. Ideally I am looking for long term subletters, short terms are acceptable too. You can stay as long or as little of a time as you want. As long as you provide me with 1 month warning when you will move out (and you must move out at the end of a month - not in the middle), and you do not damage the apartment in any major way, you will receive your security deposit back immediately after moving out.

You must pay rent on time before the first of each month. If you are late paying rent you will be charged a $10 penalty for every day it is late. Exceptions to this will only be made on a case by case basis.
