I'm looking for a young person to take over a room I'm renting in my 3 bedroom apartment with my 2 daughters I'm leaving in early July and my daughter being still young but works won't be able to foot the rent and coneEdison the rent monthly would be $500 a month including utilities room already is furnished with bed and dresser can fit full size bed if you want to bring your own furniture apart is spacious, will have excess to everthing, like livinroom, dinning, and kitchen house has one cat, no roaches, no mice that's why we have the cat, next to trains, g train and a train 10 min from downtown 20 min to get to the city
