Cozy and Quaint One Bedroom Haven

I'm a firm believer in your home feeling safe and cozy and I renovated this apartment myself (with professional help) so your room is fully furnished including day bed; brand new pillows; comforter set; work desk station; closet; track lighting & floor lamp. You have a huge window facing the street with a shade already installed in case you're not a fan of the sun in the morning. Kitchen appliances pretty much brand new; stove has a built-in grill; state of the art fridge; kitchenette area has a shelf for your books and is plenty relaxing. We are a separate apartment held in a private house so we like to lay low and be conscious of whoever lives downstairs. The apartment is around the corner from the train station and there is a Laundry mat a block away; the best WiFi cafes around the corner; a grocery store; family dollar; all literally a block away::)
A lot of people love to say they're clean and tidy, and I believe you! However, I'm really looking for someone who does doesn't leave dishes overnight and pitches in around the house. Clean home, happy home::)
