Large, sunny room for rent in a quiet 2BR apt

Hi everybody,
I’m looking for somebody mature and respectful to rent the 2nd bedroom in my 2BR apartment.
It’s a large room with beautiful daylight and will fit a queen size bed, a desk and plenty of other furniture without feeling crowded.
Top floor ( 4th floor walk up!) of an old school brownstone type building on a quiet residential block just off Franklin ave and Fulton street, with the A express train ( and C and shuttle) only 1/2 block away.

The neighborhood has plenty of amazing restaurants and cultural offerings such as bk museum, central library, botanical garden, prospect park just to name a few.
Grocery stores/ laundromat etc around the corner.

I’m female, early 40’s, born and raised in Germany, but have lived in NY for over 20 years, the last 14 in this apartment.
I work with kids and value coming home to a peaceful and stress free environment. I do not entertain at home a lot and expect the same in return. Home is a place to retreat and recharge from the constant buzzing of NY.
My hobbies are biking, the beach, traveling and great conversations over a glass of wine.

Looking for somebody responsible and reliable who is able to communicate and work through any issues that may arise. Somebody who leads a relatively quiet and calm lifestyle.

No pets, no smoking and no drugs.
We should have similar energy and expectations about living with others.
Not ideal for night owls or people who like to entertain at home.

Rent is $1550 plus utilities.
Could be long or short term but 1 month minimum.

Room is currently unfurnished with a few floating pieces of furniture available if needed.

Open to negotiating rent for part timers returning to the city for only part of the week/ month.
