Bedroom by the beach for cool roommate

Avail now. $625 per month (utilities not included--they are $60-70 per month). Unfurnished bedroom (13 x 12 feet) available in 2BR in Brighton Beach. Ground floor apartment (half underground). One block from the beach, a short walk (0.3 miles) from the B/Q trains.

No kitchen access unfortunately, but a microwave and a hot plate are provided. The last roommate had a mini-fridge, plus there are grocery stores with buffets nearby. Shared bathroom. There's a cat in the apartment, but we can't really have another pet.

Nice roommates, but there's not much common area, so we don't cross paths a lot. It's me (F, musician/teacher, social introvert) and another woman who teaches online.

No smokers, no chemical smells please (fragrances, cleaning products, Axe body spray, etc). Looking for someone considerate and responsible.

First + last month requested up front ($1250). Short-term is okay, but 30 days notice required to move out.
