Oceanview Bedroom next to the Q train

Spacious room in a cute apartment right next to the Ocean Pkwy Q train station. I currently live by myself, but looking to share my apartment with someone who agrees to the below:
-no smoking indoors
-is fine with cats (I got two handsome boys who own the apt lol)
-clean and organised
-willing to share the bathroom
-no parties / may bring friends sometimes - I do too but very rare!
-open-minded and open to diversity (Im from a different background and some povs matter)
-very responsible and always on time with the payments.
