Brighton Beach with Ocean Views

This is a very sweet, spacious one bedroom apartment with beach views.

The apartment has 1 private bedroom, 1 very large living room that can be converted to a private room (just a simple sliding door needed if the roommate requires), 1 bathroom (window opens to ocean breeze) and 1 open kitchen with modern utilities and lots of cabinets. Washer dryer in-unit as well.

Roommate will have the option of having the private room or the converted living room. The private room is large and has ocean views. The living room is very large and spacious (feels like a studio apartment space).

The only new furniture needed would be a bed (for the converted living room). But happy to discuss if roommate has his/her own furniture.

I will cover water, heat, gas and WiFi. We will share the electricity bill and once-a-month cleaning so your monthly bill should be around $100 in the winter and a bit more in the summer (depending on usage).

About me: have been in this apartment for 6 years. Had 1 roommate (for 3+ years) and he was great - moved to Canada after many years in Brighton Beach! The apartment is kept very low clutter... and I spend a lot of time with my family in New Jersey so you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time.

About you: mature and chilled individual, comfortable with LGBT families, love dogs. Importantly - mutually respectful and financially responsible.
