3 bedroom 3 cat sober household. Ive lived in the apartment for 20 years and it very much a clean sacred space. Queer friendly, minimal visitors and very quiet. 4 floor walk up. Looking for a kind quiet , sober or non heavy use subletter. Ideal is someone who needs short term housing (up to 3 months) with a possibility for longer. Preferably someone who does not have guests often and is/familiar with living in someone else's home. Very well ventilated as I do smoke indoor (ciggs).

Overall a calm welcoming space. I have lived dozens of people so I am well versed in communication conflict resolution and aligning schedules.

The room is about 8x12 feel with a closet, desk, full sized bed. There is a semi private full bathroom (i rarely use it as i have my own bathroom)
