Looking for a housemate to share a 2bd/1ba in Brooklyn (southeast of Sunset Park) starting February 2nd, 2026. The monthly price for the room (the larger of the two) is $1350 and all utilities are included. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with easy access to Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan via the D line. Fort Hamilton station is a 3-minute walk.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and comes furnished. Full kitchen with cookware, plates, dishwasher, etc. In-unit washer. Window AC units in the rooms. No pets.

Sublease terms are flexible, but looking for a minimum 7-month stay.

I’m a postdoctoral associate at NYU Tandon, new to the city and moving from Seattle. Looking for someone responsible, communicative, and considerate (and ideally friendly 🙂). If interested, send a message with some info about yourself.
