Hello! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful roommate to rent the spare bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment in Borough Park, Brooklyn.

The apartment is on the top floor and gets lots of natural sunlight. Small but cozy Living room, decent size kitchen, small bathroom and the there's a good distance between bedrooms, which add a little extra privacy.

The bedroom is spacious and can comfortably fit a queen or even king size bed, with plenty of additional room for furniture and personal belongings. The room is NOT FURNISHED, so you’re welcome to make it your own. Access to the roof.

Location & convenience:
N and D subway lines- 0.3 miles away (less than 10 min walk)
B16, B35, B9, and B11 buses" 5 minute walk
Maimonides Hospital about 10 minutes aways
Laundromats less than a block away
Dry cleaner directly across from the building
Park 3 blocks away
Plenty of grocery stores, supermarket, restaurants and other conveniences nearby.

Utilities included:
Internet, electricity, and gas are all included in the rent.

A little about the household:
I have a small dog named Elvis. He’s extremely friendly, loving, and affectionate. He doesn’t bark (unless is called for) and is fully house-trained, so he does his business outside only. He’s also hypoallergenic so hugs are always welcome. He's an absolute love bug. He'll steal your heart in no time.
Because Elvis is my whole world, it’s important that you genuinely like dogs or, at the very least, feel comfortable living with one. I’m very protective of him and expect anyone sharing my home to treat him with kindness, love, and respect.
