Cookware, good knives, dishes, glassware, kitchen tools and appliances are already here, along with food-storage space. If you cook, you will not need to build a kitchen from scratch when you move in.

We keep a clean, quiet and respectful home and are looking for someone who enjoys the same kind of living environment. We're friendly and communicative, but everyone also has their own space and their own life. This is not a party apartment.

The owner lives separately downstairs in the first-floor apartment, so this is a small owner-occupied brownstone rather than a large anonymous apartment building.
