The duplex is only 2 blocks away from a F/G train station and other subway line: including F, A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, R, D, N, as well as the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), and there are so many nice and hip restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, pharmacies, and groceries within a block away. You'll love this beautiful and safe neighborhood!

This cozy 5-bedroom duplex is always quiet and no loud parties in the building. Very nice design and decorate living room and kitchen, high quality furnishes

The bedroom is the largest, most beautiful room and at the central of the duplex. It is furnished, included is a full memory foam gel bed and full-size closet, two nice windows with a lot of natural lights, desk, chair, lighting, towels, linen, with access to fully furnished common areas such as living room, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, direct access to the backyard and outdoor area, storage area and laundry in the basement. Room shares a full-sized bathroom with another roommate. Please ask me more details.

I'm easy-going, respectful, quiet, and very neat and clean. I love to have great food and drinks, but I won't bring party to home. I usually go out to have fun. Four other roommate are graduate student and working professional, very clean, friendly and respectful.

About you: mature clean graduate student or working professional, who has lived in shared spaces before and would like to live in a friendly community place with a home feel.
