● Our duplex has fully furnished common areas, including a living room area, dining area, kitchen with most appliance/dishwasher (and pot, pans, utensils, etc.) and included laundry in the basement
● Our brownstone has a shared backyard with included outdoor furniture

● Popular Boerum Hill, next to downtown Brooklyn, with a variety of nearby restaurants and grocery stores (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and others)
● Walking distance to most subway lines (F, G, A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, R, D, N) plus the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), with F/G Bergen Street stop a 5 minute walk away
● Live in a historic Brooklyn brownstone on a quiet tree-lined street that avoids EMS sirens, car honking, etc.
● 15 minute walk to universities (e. g., NYU Tandon and LIU) and hospitals in downtown Brooklyn

About Us: mature, clean graduate students and working professionals. We often cook at home, enjoy group dinners and are focused on study/work. While we like to have a good time, we prefer to keep parties outside of the apartment.
