Hi. Posting for my son.
It’s a lease takeover for private bedroom in a brand-new 3BR/2BA apartment in Downtown Brooklyn near Barclays Center in Boreum Hill. Rent is $1,850/month + utilities, and the lease runs through May 31, 2027. The room doesn’t have a built-in closet, but my son uses the hallway closet, which works well and isn’t a big issue.
You would share a bathroom with one other person. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and A/C. The building includes a gym, rooftop, and resident lounge.
It’s the cheapest room in the apartment and a great option for someone looking for a private room in a great location. Close to all subways
