Hi everyone! My roommate and I (both 28F) are looking for a third roommate to renew the lease of our sunny 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Boerum Hill! The lease starts June 1, 2026 and runs until May 31, 2027.

Details:
- Your room comes with two large windows that allow for lots of natural light and a big built-in closet.
- Rent: $1740/month + utilities (Usually $100 - $120 per person depending on usage, includes internet, gas, and electricity)
- In unit dishwasher and in building washer/dryer
- Central AC/heating
- Second floor walk up
- 10 min walk to Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center (2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R) and 10 min walk to Bergen St (F/G)
- Multiple grocery stores (trader joes, whole foods) as well as lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Our ideal roommate:
- Clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Helps with basic house rules (e. g.: weekly cleaning schedule, wiping down countertops after cooking/eating, removing dishes from the sink in a timely manner).
- Easygoing and communicative.
- Non smoking and no pets

About Us:
2 female roommates who work in healthcare; one works in office 5 days a week and the other works fully in person. In our free time free time we
enjoy reading and trying out different bars and restaurants around the city.
