Sunny & Spacious 2 BR Summer Rental in Boerum Hill

Modern, well maintained fully furnished 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment available this summer beginning May 15-July 15th with flexibility to go through August 31st. Both bedrooms are large with huge closets. Queen bed in primary bedroom and full sized murphy bed in second bedroom for a flexible WFH space. The floor plan features a light filled, spacious open kitchen/living area and entry hallway. Amenities include: stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and washer/dryer IN UNIT. Elevator building. The space is perfect for a couple or small family, roommates or anyone who wants WFH options. As for outdoor space there is a shared roof deck that residents can use. If you have a bike, we usually have some open spaces available on the bike rack in the garage for a small monthly fee.

The apartment is located on the back of the apartment, so it's generally very quiet. Our building is a boutique condo, and much of the apartment is owner occupied. If you have a car, parking is manageable here - I street park my car and rarely find it too difficult to grab a space nearby.

Boerum Hill is a perfect location if you want to live/work in Brooklyn or if you are looking for a trendy neighborhood to come home to from Manhattan (only 20 min from midtown). All major train lines (F/G/A/C/Q/B/4/5/2/3/N/R are within walking distance!). This neighborhood has become very popular, with great dining, bars and cultural options a short walk away. Shopping includes two Trader Joe's & two Whole Foods, plus all the conveniences of downtown Brooklyn, Atlantic Avenue and more.

This apartment is strictly NON SMOKING. Wifi and water utilities included in the rental. Electric is paid by the tenant. I keep my space very tidy and would appreciate a tenant who is similar. A fully cleaning will happen prior to move in. This building is itself relatively quiet, so I hope to rent to tenants who would like a peaceful & warm environment for the summer.

For prospective tenants I require a video chat first, followed by an in person showing. Due upon signing: First month's rent & one month security deposit. I have a simple, standard rental agreement that we will co-sign. There is no fee.
