Well maintained modern condominium apartment in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. I am the owner and am temporarily renting the second bedroom - the room is light filled, spacious with a huge closet, full sized bed (memory foam mattress only used for 6 months), desk and chair, side table & 4 drawer dresser. A perfect spot for someone who needs a temporary sublet before the summer. All you need to bring are your suitcases!

Amenities include: elevator building, dishwasher, personal heating/cooling system in room, & washer/dryer in unit! Rent includes wifi, hot water and bi-monthly cleaning. Electric is shared.

About me: I am a multi-hyphenate theatre artist & am rehearsing/teaching 5 evenings a week through the beginning of May - so you will have plenty of space and time in the apartment week nights. About you: I am happy to share my space with someone who is similarly clean, maybe an introverted extrovert :) who would enjoy a peaceful home situation. Because I work from home weekdays, I am looking for a professional who works regular hours outside the home.

This neighborhood can't be beat - I live within walking distance of all downtown Brooklyn cultural spots, 2 Whole Foods, Trader Joes, the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Smith street & Atlantic avenue. Chelsea Piers Fitness is a short walk away and multiple train options. I've been in this neighborhood for 15 years & love it.
