Well maintained modern condominium apartment in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. I am the owner and am temporarily renting the second bedroom - the room is light filled, spacious with a huge closet, full sized bed (with a memory foam mattress of less than a year of use), desk and chair, side table & 4 drawer dresser. All you need to bring are your suitcases!

Amenities include: elevator building, dishwasher, personal heating/cooling system in room, & washer/dryer in unit! Rent includes some utilities and monthly cleaning.

About me: I am a multi-hyphenate theatre artist & I work odd hours as well as from home. I'm an introverted extrovert who loves peaceful evenings and intermittent chats. I'd like to share my space with someone who likes to keep things clean, is employed full time and enjoys a relaxing and generally congenial living situation. Because I work from home weekdays, I am only considering professionals who works regular hours outside the home.

This neighborhood can't be beat - I live within walking distance of all downtown Brooklyn cultural spots, 2 Whole Foods, Trader Joes, the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Smith street & Atlantic avenue. Chelsea Piers Fitness is a short walk away and multiple train options. I've been in this neighborhood for 15 years & love it.
