$1700 Downtown Brooklyn Sublet Flex (12/1 to 2/20)

Looking to sublet the flex room in a spacious 1B1B apartment in a high-rise building in Downtown Brooklyn. Rent is $1,700 per month not including utilities (typically around $50 per month). You’ll be living with one male roommate who occupies the main bedroom. The room comes fully furnished with a full sized bed, tv, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils, and has an incredible view overlooking the city.

The other roommate works as a designer is very respectful of boundaries and cleaning duties. We keep quiet hours from 12am-9am (this can be negotiable).

The building itself has an indoor and outdoor lounge and laundry in building. It's also located next to the ACG subway station, with the 2/3 lines across the street, and the 4/5/6/F/R lines just five minutes away, and the B/Q lines about seven minutes away. Brooklyn Paramount, Trader Joes, Target, Dekalb Market Hall, and Whole Foods are within 5-10 min walking distance.
