About us: we are mature clean graduate student and working professional, with diverse backgrounds. We often cook at home and have group dinners. We are often studying, so while we like having a good time, we prefer for the party to stay outside.

About you: mature clean graduate student or working professional, who has lived in shared spaces before and would like to live in a friendly community place with a home feel.

About the room: included is a twin-size bed with a comfortable memory gel foam mattress, desk, chair, lighting, towels, linen, with access to fully furnished common areas such as living room, dining area and kitchen. Room shares a full-sized bathroom with another 2 room.
