The place is in a brownstone located on a quiet tree-lined street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Boerum Hill is a central neighborhood that sits between downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens and Park Slope. I’ve loved this beautiful neighborhood and hope you will too!

Manhattan is 3 stops away on the F-train station at Bergen Street. We are only 2 blocks away from a F/G Bergen Street train station and these other subway lines are a 10-15 minutes walk: A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, R, D, N, as well as the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). The neighborhood has so many nice restaurants, bars, cafes, and groceries stores (Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, among others) within a few blocks.

This cozy 3-bedroom apartment is always quiet and there are no loud parties in the building. Kitchen and bathroom had a complete renovation this past summer! Kitchen has a dishwasher, and we also have a washer/dryer (free).

The bedroom is fully furnished - included is a twin-size bed with a comfortable memory gel foam mattress, small closet, desk, chair, lighting, towels and linen. The room shares the bathroom with 2 very considerate roommates. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils and appliances. Cleaning supplies are also included. You will not need to buy anything for the apartment. Please ask me for more details.

My roommates are looking for an easy-going, respectful, quiet and tidy person as my replacement. Also, someone fun but who won't bring the party home.

The place will be available May 1st, and maybe a few days earlier. There is no broker fee, and for $1,350 monthly is a great deal for being in this great neighborhood!
