Spacious Private Room with Queen Bed – Brooklyn

Looking for a comfortable and welcoming roommate to share our Brooklyn apartment.

The apartment is currently occupied by just my mom and me. The available room is spacious and set up for one person, with a queen-size bed and a desk, making it suitable for both relaxing and working/studying. An air conditioner is also available for the room during warmer months.

Shared spaces:

The bathroom is shared, with dedicated space available for you to keep your personal toiletries and other bathroom belongings.
Please note: My mom smokes in the bathroom. The smoke and its smell generally remain contained within the bathroom and do not spread throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is shared, with designated refrigerator space available.
Living room: My mom normally uses the living room as her personal space. However, it may be shared for things such as watching NFL games, major sporting events, movie nights, or other occasional activities.

About us:
I'm 18 and attend college in the city, so I'm away from home much of the time. My mom is 51 and works from home, so she is home more frequently. We're looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and comfortable sharing a home with others.

We enjoy watching NFL games and major sporting events together. We also enjoy going to the theater to see new movies and occasionally have movie nights at home.

Occupancy:
The advertised rent is for one person. If two people plan to occupy the room, the rent will be adjusted accordingly.
