• Shared kitchen and bathroom.
No in house laundry machine, laundromat is across the street.

• Move-in: June 1st.
• Cost: $1100/month + split utilities (gas, electricity, internet(if you use), supplies
• Upfront: $2200 (First month + Security).
• Requirements: Proof of income/pay stubs.

You’ll be sharing the place with me and one other female roomate, i am home in my room most of the time, i work remote most days, she works in person.
