• Shared kitchen and bathroom.
No in house laundry machine, laundromat is across the street.

• Move-in: Asap
• Cost: $1000/month , utilities included
• Upfront: $2000 (First month + Security).
• Requirements: Proof of income/pay stubs.

You’ll be sharing the place with me and another male roommate, he works nights and is not home often, I am home in my room most of the time, i work remote most days.
