The apartment is located on the second floor and in a low-crime neighborhood with many different kinds of small or medium-sized stores, as well as a subway station on the D line, within walking distance. It is also not located too close to a busy street or subway station. So, we don’t hear loud noises (for NYC) from them. The living room has some weightlifting equipment, which you are welcomed to use.
