The apartment is large and spacious it’s on the ground floor, high ceilings, lots of natural lighting and hardwood floors throughout the apartment. We have access to front patio area and large backyard.
Close to the D train express to Manhattan. There’s a lot of stores and laundromats very nearby. It’s a three bedroom two bath so you would just be sharing bathroom with one girl.
Rent is $1100 everything included WiFi Internet, electricity, gas, heat, and water.
The kitchen and large living room is a shared space you’re welcome to use. You would have your own space in the fridge and cabinets.
We keep the place clean. Your room is your private space I don’t care what you do as long as you pay your rent on time.

About Us- We are two professional females working Approximately 8am-6pm during the week we are out of the house. So we are in bed pretty early and the apartment is quiet. We have no pets or children. We are friendly and get along well. Tired from working all day so When we are home, we mostly do our own thing and stay to ourselves.

Requirements to move in:
Looking for One female Roomate with no kids or pets. Must be able to show Identification, proof that you are currently working such as paystubs. First month’s rent plus refundable security deposit for a total of $2200 to move in.
