No closet in the room, but there is a spacious closet in the hallway. 2 windows in the room lots of natural sunlight. 10 min away from Chase Bank, Planet Fitness, and D Train Station 20th Avenue. 30 min from Coney Island. 1 hour from the city. Apartment is rent stabilized. Rent does increase every year, but not by much. Close to water & beach. Lots of good Asian eateries. Heat & water is included. Electric/gas/internet not included.

There are 2 bedrooms. I live in the other room. I’m a friendly, 33 year old professional women working in finance. I work from home all day. In the evening, I like to watch trash reality TV, movies or anything on Netflix in the living room. I love to travel, eat out, and go to concerts. I sometimes host dogs in my apartment through Rover, so you may see a friendly furry face around the apartment. I would prefer to live with someone who does a lot of traveling or is rarely home because I WFH all day.
