Safe neighborhood, located near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, small supermarkets, and 99 cent stores.

Electricity, Wi-Fi, and heating are covered. (If you install an air conditioner, need to add $50 to rent.)
NO laundry on site.
NO smoking or drugs allowed.

Also not allowed:
~ Bringing people to stay overnight
~ Blasting music at disturbing volumes
~ Being loud at night when other people need to sleep

Requires a deposit of $1100
Need to check SSN and credit (need score of at least 760). Need to see W2 forms from past 2 years and paycheck stubs from last 2 weeks.
If you are an international student, need to see student ID, passport, and Class F-1 form.
Need to lease for at least 1 year. Must meet IN PERSON before signing any lease or accepting any deposit. Homeowner is NOT responsible for helping you move in. Any extraneous requests will NOT be considered.
