I am offering 1 room for 1 person in a three bedroom apartment; long-term preferred.
The apartment is located in a private house. It has been renovated a few years ago and is still in clean and decent shape.
Bathroom is shared with 1 person only.
We are on the second floor of a two story, brick house.
The house is located within a walking distance (5min.) to a 20-th Ave D-line train station. It is about 30 min. to Wall Street, 50 min. to NYC downtown. The 86th street has plenty of stores, restaurants etc, The laundromat is across the street from our home.
About us: two young, straight male professionals in 30s and 40s.
About you: employed (must pay rent and bills on time), clean, mature, considerate, no parties at home.
If interested, please reply to this ad with a brief description of yourself: what you do, how long you are looking for to stay, why you are moving out from your current place.
The room is $600. In order to move in you would need to have first month rent $600 and last month deposit $600. We pay three bills: the internet, gas and electricity. Usually the bills are around $100 per a person per a month.
NO smoking indoors / partying / drugs.
