$575 One Room For One Person, Bensonhurst / Bath

We are offering ONE room for ONE person, in a three bedroom apartment (prefer long-term / NO PETS).

The apartment is in a recently remodeled private house which is located on a quiet block in Bensonhurst.

We are on the second floor of a two story private house. The apartment has a skylight.

Full bathroom is shared with ONE person only.

The house is within walking distance (5 min.) to 20 Ave (*** D train station), about 30 minutes to Wall Street, 50 minutes to Downtown. We are next to the 86 street with plenty of shops, restaurants, etc.,

The laundromat is across the street from our house.

About us: two young (30s and 40s), straight professional, males.

About you: Clean, Mature, Respectful, Financially Stable (must pay rent and bills on time - NO EXCEPTIONS), no partying at home, no sublease.

We split the cost of the apartment. The rent is $575 (good for 12 months).

In order to move in, you will need one month rent + one month deposit (your last month).
