* Unfurnished, but I’m happy to leave my IKEA wardrobe, since the room has no closet!

Roommate
* You’d be living with Rachel and Albus! Rachel is a 31 year old Public Relations AD who is hybrid in office 3 days a week. Albus is her amazing and sweet ten year old cat.


To Apply
Your application will need to go through building management’s approval process once a replacement is chosen. Management prefers:
* Credit score of 700 or above
* No late payments on your credit report
* Income of 40x the monthly rent ($68,000/year) with stable employment (a guarantor may be required)
* A good landlord reference, if possible
