Hello! I am looking for a roommate to move into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Bedstuy. 3 story townhouse. The apartment is right across the street from Herbet Von King Park. G train is your lifeline.

Rent is $1125 (Gas included)
Electric is separate
Wifi is $55.44 / month
Laundry in the basement (no cost)
Extra storage closet in basement!!

Ideally, would love to have someone who is a BIPOC and QUEER (bonus points if you're a native New Yorker). MUST LOVE CATS.
Looking for someone CLEAN and RESPECTFUL of the shared spaces.

Some house rules are:
No dishes left in the sink by the end of the day
Clean stove right after cooking
Taking out trash and recycling as soon as its full
No scented candles or smoke in the common areas
Sweep and mop weekly / biweekly.
Quiet hours are (Mon-Fri) 11pm-8am

Guest Policy:
Guest are allowed just give a heads-up before they arrive. Extended stays will be discussed collectively.

You will be sharing the apartment with myself (25nb) and the other roomie (tbd). I have small cat who free roams the apartment when I'm gone. She stays in my room at night. She is very shy but very calm and lowkey cat. Her stuff is in my room, no litter or her food in shared spaces.
