I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our 3 BR off of the Bedford Nostrand stop on the G in Bed Stuy!

I have lived here for over 2 years and I love the apartment and neighborhood. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving in with my partner a few blocks down the street!

This would be a lease takeover, and you would sign with the two other roommates currently living there. The lease is until September 31st 2027 (and then you can choose to renew ofc). Minimum yearly income for management is $52,000.

Technicals:
- Rent stabilized (frozen atm – TY Zohran)
- Balcony
- Dishwasher
- WD in building
- Located on the same block as the Bedford Nostrand stop on the G line
- Building has large shared rooftop
- Responsive management
- Electricity is around $40-$50/month per person and can go up to $100 in the coldest month
- Wifi is $16.66/month per person

Roommates:
My roommates are two male friends of mine that are young professionals. They are very respectful, kind, quiet, and clean.

Who I'm looking for:
Overall, someone that is respectful, that cleans up after themself (no dirty dishes left overnight in the sink), and that is kind.
