Looking for a clean, easy going, and communicative third roommate. Professional or creative. I work 9-5 and my other roommate works in events so has a more flexible schedule. Looking for someone who spends a healthy amount of time out of the house, but cares about having a peaceful and beautiful space to come home to.

You will need a window AC unit, and although we have most shared furniture, we are looking to replace our couch and rug soon.
