Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going, cat-loving professional to share my beautiful 2BR/1BA apartment in Bed-Stuy (11216) starting November 1st.

THE SPACE

The apartment gets tons of natural light, and the available bedroom is spacious enough for any size bed with plenty of room to make it your own.

The building has a gym, laundry room, rooftop with great NYC views, media room with Amazon Locker, parking available, plenty of closet and kitchen storage, and a large bathroom.

The street is quiet and the apartment faces the back of the building, making home feel peaceful while still being close to everything.

📍 Location: About 5 minutes from the Kingston–Throop C and 10 minutes from the Nostrand Ave A/C, with Manhattan roughly 30 minutes away.

Bed-Stuy has everything you need within walking distance—great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and more. Peaches HotHouse, Saraghina, Corto and Cocktail Bedstuy are all nearby, and Fulton Street is just a few minutes away.

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROOMMATE

I’m a 33-year-old Colombian professional working as a supervisor in the restaurant industry. My job keeps me pretty busy and I usually work long days, so I really value having a home that feels peaceful, comfortable and welcoming.

I’m clean, responsible, easy-going and respectful of shared spaces. After work, you’ll usually find me cooking with a beer, working out, or relaxing with a good show. On my days off, I enjoy watering my plants, going out for dinner and drinks with friends, and dancing.

I like having a friendly relationship with the person I live with while still respecting each other’s privacy and independence.

🐈‍⬛ And then there’s the real boss of the apartment: my 3-year-old tuxedo cat. He’s affectionate, social and full of personality, so being comfortable living with a cat is important.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR
