-3-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy, one main room and en suite (mine) and a second bedroom and bathroom and a 3rd room, not large enough to be a bedroom so the current roommate uses it as an office, you’re free to use it as you please
-5-minute walk to the Gates J train
-Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment for added privacy
-Corner unit with windows on three sides and tons of natural light
-Shared kitchen, living room, and coat/utility closet in the living room
-Laundromat directly downstairs
-Street parking is generally easy to find
-Most living room furniture, will be getting rid of the current couch and TV so you’re welcome to bring yours
-I have many kitchen appliances, toaster, rice maker, blender, george foreman grill, etc and a full stock of normal kitchen items.

I am looking for somebody who:
Clean and respectful of shared spaces
Does NOT smoke in the house, w*ed or cigarettes, as I have cats living in the home
Communicative and considerate
Financially responsible and pays rent and bills on time
Kind to the cats and comfortable living with pets
Independent, with their own work, hobbies, and social life, but happy to be friendly and go out together once in a while
Looking for a calm, peaceful home environment. I don’t often have people over and prefer to keep it that way, occasional friends dont bother me but I prefer most get togethers being done outside the house.

I am vegetarian and would love to live with another vegetarian but not a priority. If you eat meat, I will prefer to have some separate cooking utensils.
