Looking for someone to take over a room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Bed-Stuy starting in mid-September (date flexible)!

The apartment:
~5 min walk to the Utica A/C
Close to the B46 bus
Great restaurants and bars nearby
Bright, cozy room with a window (but no closet). Comfortably fits a full-size bed, desk, and wardrobe.
AC + heating
In-unit washer/dryer
Dishwasher
Gas stove
Room can come with some furniture if desired (wardrobe, bed, desk/chair)

About the roommates:
H, 28 (they/she) — law student, on campus most days of the week. When not studying, enjoys reading, laying in the sun, and going to the beach.
A, 29 (she/her) — creative technologist and adjunct professor. Enjoys baking, tabletop games, reading, and crafts. Occasionally sings and plays the bassoon in the apartment, always at reasonable times.

We mostly do our own thing, but enjoy watching TV together and having occasional roommate dinners. Our home is generally clean, quiet, and relaxed, though we have friends and guests over semi-regularly and want our apartment to feel open and welcoming. We value direct, respectful communication, consideration for each other, and responsibility over shared spaces. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly apartment!

Move-in: September 15 (flexible)
Rent: $1,133/month + utilities (~$60–85/month). Lease runs through July 2027.
Requirements: Basic proof of income + background check
Pets: No pets currently in the apartment; $50/month pet fee if applicable
Management: Responsive management, with repairs and pest control handled promptly and a super on-site for building upkeep. Very few issues/complaints during our time here.
