The room is unfurnished and available starting October 1, with the possibility of an earlier move-in around September 15. The lease renews June 1.

About the lease:
This would be a lease takeover, so you would be taking over a portion of the existing lease through the June 1 renewal. The landlord requires a 700+ credit score and minimum $75,000 annual income for approval. Unfortunately, the landlord does not allow guarantors in a lease takeover.
What we are looking for:
We both value good communication and collaboration in home life and we are looking for someone with the same outlook. It is very important to us to find someone who values a clean home.
Open to individuals who have living room furniture as the main area will also be unfurnished.
About us:
Two female roommates working in the performing arts sector. One roommate works outside the home and one works from home.
