The property is right off the A train, with plenty of cafes and parks around!

I have furniture (see photo) for the living room, and plenty of cookware and other amenities to share! We just need you in the room :))

The room is UNFURNISHED!

We have access to an outdoor space which I have a table and umbrella to go in for chilling outside and smoking!

Hello!

My name is Brennan Conley! I am 25 years old, queer, and been living in the city for 8 years now.

I work as a marketing associate for Verizon as my day job, and work as a freelance fashion photographer/videographer as a side job.

My hobbies keep me out of the house most of the time, especially with a park and cafes so close by! When I’m home, I love to cook and watch movies! Cleaning is a passion of mine and I tend to take care of most of the chores since it’s therapeutic for me to see the floor clean in our cozy space.

With me I’d be moving with my lovely boyfriend, Aashish (22) He moved from Nepal two years ago to study nursing and is working on completing his degree, so he’ll be gone a majority of his days off from work. He works overnights Friday-Monday, so he’ll be out at night most of the time and comes home to sleep.
He’s very lowkey and keeps to himself mostly so I doubt you’ll even know he’s there!

His current living situation has him stuffed into a two bedroom with 5 other people, and with his lease coming up, I’d love to give him the opportunity to move somewhere more comfortable and quiet so he can focus on his studies.

He also cooks the most delicious Nepalese food you’ll ever taste :)

I’ve attached a photo of my current living room setup! I can bring as much or as little as you’d like into the space! I think the earthen tones really complement the space, and greens are definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. I love plants and art and I have two fish tanks home to my little babies.

I also have an outdoor table and umbrella for when we want to hang outside!
