The apartment is located in BedStuy Prime/Clinton Hills Border, we are 4 blocks from A Xpress train on Nostrand Avenue and it is 15 MINS ONLY (4 Express stops) to Downtown Manhattan, FIDI, Wall Street, Tribeca; About 25 mins to West Village, and 30 mins to Midtown.

Long-term renters only 6 mos to 1 year commitment required.

Located in BedStuy/Clinton Hills Border on Vibrant Tompkins Ave, home to famous Peaches HotHouse and other bars/restaurants

Utilities for electricity, heat/hot water, cooking gas, and internet would run about $ 75 per person, on average, depending on usage.

The Management has provided us with photos of the apartment/room in both FURNISHED and UNFURNISHED state so you can see what each room fits (Kitch, LR, the bedrooms).

The Roommates:

-31F, a graduate of Tisch School of the Arts and works as the Director of the Young Actors program at Lee Strasberg Institute, of Indian Heritage but comes from a diverse background. Love the arts that this City has to offer! Friendly and extroverted.

-29F, who works in e-commerce for a Fashion Brand, and does executive assistant work on the side, has lived in Ridgewood for about 5 years. A bit more on the reserved or introverted side.

Our subletter, Sarah, has agreed to show you the room and apartment in person if we can't be there to show and we will share both of our socials and phone numbers etc.... so we can get to know each other before you move in.
